  I printed some photos at the instant photo kiosk and went to pay for them. When we arrived at the place to pay, I was asked to provide a signed digital copy of the release. I showed the signed, digital copy of the release but I was told that I need a printed signed release. According to Walmart Copyright Policy, they [Walmart] "won't copy a photograph that appears to have been taken by a professional photographer or studio, even if it is not marked with any sort of copyright, unless we are presented with a signed copyright release from the photographer or studio". After for waiting for over 15 minutes for the associate to return with my flash drive that contained the digital copy of the release, there was a Walmart manager that told me that "we [Walmart] can't actually print the full policy in that pamphlet because it would take up, like, 5 pages." When I asked to see that policy they couldn't produce a full copy. Even presenting the store with a digital, signed copy of our release, it took over 45 minutes from when we printed the photos to when we paid for our photos. I will never be wasting my time there again.
